So here we are back to giving everyone the heads up for Events we will be at for the coming months.

In August we have the Fellow of the Pines which I have made entire blog post about the event. Here is the link to it.

And later in the month we have the Bucks County Renaissance Faire. Magic, adventure, comedy, & fun for the whole everyone await you. Enjoy professional shows on the four stages throughout each day. Explore our vendor marketplace with many craft. Visit the multitude of food vendors to enjoy a meal. Interact with one of the many strange characters of village as you wander throughout the day, test your skill at archery, axe-throwing, or the dagger toss, or maybe even try your hand at a battle a knight in one-on-one combat!

The first week of September we have the end of bucks county renaissance fair, but after that we will be at the Harvest Faire. Harvest Faire is a modern interpretation of a late 15th century European fall harvest celebration and tournament. Entertainers and a market mix with the sounds of martial competition and the smells of period foods. Immerse yourself in period life as you wander the grounds, watch a craftsperson ply their trade, try your hand at games of chance and skill, and cheer for the warrior of your choice at the Field of Honors.

We also have a double weekend after the harvest faire, both the Tidewater horror convention and the Old Dominion Faire, so we have our work cut out for us. 

The Tidewater Horror Convention is as the name might imply a horror con, with vendors selling memorabilia and items inspired by classic horror movies. Also quite a few actors will be in attendance as guests, this year there will be a mini reunion for the Texas Chainsaw Massacre 50th anniversary. Also Alex Vincent will be in attendance, he is known most for his role of Andy in the child's play franchise. There will be panels throughout the weekend were you can meet the many actors and guests or discuss your favorite horror movies.

We're going on an adventure! Join the Olde Dominion Fantasy & Medieval Faire as we journey into Middle Earth. Set right into the foothills of the Misty Mountains... well Blue Ridge Mountains that is. We are excited to invite you all into our kingdom. It will be our first year attending this event, and we are excited to set up our tent and spread our network of events.

And on the last weekend we have a single day event, Mythmusica a fairy and magic themed music festival. Join us for a day of music, food, and entertainment. Come visit the market where we will be set up with the other vendors. Then walk around to play with professional fae entertainers, Fairy Princess Lolly as she leads wand dueling and the children on a quest to save the realm. Get your magical aptitude tested at the Peaceful Hollow Preparatory School for the Magically Inclined. Need to take a break? Stop in the winery for a glass of their award winning wine, then sit on the patio as you enjoy your food and listen to the live music or get up and dance!
