Verillas Ares Short Boots are hand-crafted knee height boots made from high quality leather. Our boots are lined with a breathable fabric, adding to the comfort, and durability. The soles are made with a 1.5" lift to the heel and a minor platform to the ball of the foot.
Designed for comfort with soft spot made of suede textured fabric at the Achilles tendon that bends with your ankle movements fluidly. We did this, as we noticed this tends to be a tension point on other boots, leading to stiff ankles, and worn leather where other parts of the boot compensate.
Heirloom quality made to last a lifetime with proper care. Ares Short Boots feature a zipper which takes the hassle out of taking your boots on and off. Made with a sleek and modular design with double/triple stitches in high stress areas. Enjoy just enough sole thickness to stomp through puddles and keep feet dry, while flexible enough that these don't feel heavy like most work boots - making them easier on the knees for long wear.
Featuring new comfort fit sizing, his and hers, that we spent over $100,000 developing to improve in 2023. New comfort fit insoles. Nylon backed friction grommets that prevent leather yawning / grommet failure. Custom made laces with branded Verillas aglets. Double stitched load bearing panels for long lasting wear. Our custom flexible boot sole made to last for miles of walking daily. Sewn in with a goodyear welt, making these boots last ages and the soles are replaceable by a cobbler. Fully lined with athletic fabric. Tested through muddy larp battles and hikes for over a decade of building the Verillas footwear brand. Our 2023 boots are unlike any other.

Hey there Verillas fam! We’re so glad you found us and we can’t wait to get our epic gear onto you! We’re all about quality and we’re confident you’re going to love everything you get from us. Just in case, we’ve got you covered with our awesome warranty policy.
A return card is included in every shipment to cover instances of warranty claim or return.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 21 days after you receive your order. Examples include stitching failure, zipper failure, or something that was not crafted correctly. We do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or neglect such as tears, stains, pet damage, water damage, or puncture. We take pride in crafting our products to the highest standards, but if you do happen to get something that’s not up to par, please let us know ASAP so we can make it right.
Our return/exchange policy covers returns for any reason of garments unworn beyond trying on for fit for 14 days after you receive the product. We cover shipping both ways within the US. International returns: You must pay return shipping back to Verillas to return or exchange your item. Items smelling of smoke, sullied by pets, or otherwise returned in a condition such that we cannot resell the item as new will not be accepted. Items returned in this condition can be destroyed, or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense by coordinating via info@verillas.com
