Boot Warranty

Warranty Covering Boots purchased on or after 2/1/2025

We stand by the quality of our Boots and our mission is 100% satisfaction. Verillas has made boots since 2014 and we add new features and quality improvements based on your feedback to deliver the best balance of price, durability, and style.

The following list of issues qualify for a warranty claim:

  1. Upon receiving your boots:

  1. Missing or damaged hardware (metal parts including grommets, insole shank, lace hooks, studs, zippers* and other details made of metal)

  2. Stitching errors or breaks that lead to a gap in the boot from the interior to the exterior that is not supposed to be there

  3. Mismatched / incorrectly sized product

  4. Missing Laces

  5. Any other error in production that customer service makes an exception for.  (our goal is a happy customer, so if something else is wrong let us know. We may not owe a replacement or repair, but we do it anyway when we can verify we made a mistake. Our intention is a 100% satisfaction rate)

Exclusions that void section 1 of the warranty:   Boots that have been worn more than a few moments of trying them on indoors, boots that have been modified in any way whatsoever, boots that have been in an environment containing smoke (cigarette and other types), anything that would alter the smell of the boot, damage to the boot from handling, shipping damage (see shipping insurance for claims related to delivery), boots showing signs of being used, missing product tags or labels.

2. During the first 365 days (one year) after your date of purchase:

  1. Stitching failures leading to separation between the boot sole and the leather boot “upper”

  2. Metal hardware failures that occur from normal use**

  3. Boots “falling apart” due to seam weakness not caused by overtightening your boots

  4. Leather tearing due to a fault (excludes puncture, abrasion, or any damage caused while wearing that weakened the material catastrophically, whereas leather “creasing” and splitting before one year is covered. We recommend using leather lotion every 3-6 months to help prevent issues like this by caring for your boots.  They are intended to last for many years with proper care.)

Exclusions that void section 2 of the warranty:  Customer modifications to the product, damage from improper fit (boots that burst from being too small or overly tight, or wear out in a way that suggests they were too loose or worn without being properly laced), ruptures due to boots laced too tightly, hardware damage or any other damage related to overly tight laces, puncture, abrasions, damage outside the normal course of wear to the leather uppers, sole damage caused by abrasion against the ground while riding a motorcycle or other vehicle, boots with the insole removed or replaced, water damage (please treat your boots with a waterproofing spray if you intend to get them wet), sun damage, chemical spill damage.

* Zipper coverage on receipt strictly does not cover zipper-burst. Always zip your boots all the way up before lacing them, or you will risk bursting your zipper when you tighten your laces in one position, and expand your calf by walking and flexing it.  The zipper is not intended to withstand over-tensioned laces.  Always zip, then set your laces.
